Posters

The Research Poster Showcase is an opportunity to catch up on the various research innovations in ICT-supported Learning emerging locally. It's also an opportunity to showcase your own research, and explore shared interests. The poster showcase will be broken down into two half hour sessions, giving everyone a chance to alternate between discussing their own work, and finding out more about the other work out there. The session will include a diverse showcase of collaborative work, government-funded research, small projects and postgraduate research.

Round Tables

The round tables are a unique opportunity to engage in discussion and enquiry with experts and practitioners in a particular ICT and learning interest area. Each round table will be facilitated by 2 or 3 researchers who have particular experience in the chosen theme. The table leaders will kick off the discussion with 5 minute presentations, after which the table will open for discussion, questioning and debate.

Round Table themes include (for a short description, please click the round table topic):

If you are interested in facilitating a round table or proposing a theme, please contact Agnieszka Zmijewska.

How to register

There are three ways to participate in the symposium:
1) Present a poster of your research in Learning Technology,
2) Help facilitate a round table on a particular area of interest,
3) Just come along and learn.

Take advantage of loads of research in ICT-supported learning all in one place. The event will be buzzing with discussion and innovation so browse the posters, discuss hot topics and listen in. Meet up with colleagues, and catch up on the e-learning research scene. Top it off with some afternoon nibblies and poster awards.

If you're interested in registering or have any questions about the event, please contact Symposium Coordinator Agnieszka Zmijewska by email or phone at 9351 4107. There is no fee for registration, but registration is necessary so that we can track numbers for catering and space requirements.
