Most of us spend whole days in front of a computer without pause, and often end up with headaches, sore shoulders and stiff necks. Here's a chance to take a half hour out of your day to rejuvenate. Kashmira Dave will lead us in simple Yoga exercises for less stress and better circulation. In each half hour session a new pair of practical exercises will be learned. You'll also receive illustrated worksheets to take with you and help you stay relaxed throughout your workday. Herbal tea will be provided.

Just yourself. Since the exercises will be very simple, you can wear normal clothes as long as they are loose fitting (in other words, if you can comfortably sit on the ground in them, they're probably ok, so skirts are not recommended.)
